The ADA Software Engineering programme is designed to equip women with the necessary tech skills to help you break the bias in the tech industry.
During their internship experience, students work on engineering teams to complete their training to become hireable junior software developers. Interns are assigned a manager to guide their internship and a mentor to provide additional support.
By the end of the internship, an average of 74% of interns receives full-time offers from their internship company, with an overall 92% job placement rate of Ada graduates.
