The Jubilee Fellows Programme for Nigerians is a youth empowerment partnership initiative of the Federal Government of Nigeria and supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to mitigate the development impact of rising national unemployment and underemployment rates.
Details of UNDP/Nigerian Government Jubilee Fellows Programme
The target of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme is to place 20,000 highly skilled Nigerian youths in private and public sector organisations spanning various types, sizes and industries across the country. The programme is a 12-month fully paid programme designed to enhance employability, build leadership competencies and transfer on-the-job skills.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the UNDP/Nigerian Government Jubilee Fellowship Programme, applicants are to meet the requirements for the programme as follows:
- Must be a Nigerian youth passionate about steering the course of national development in their various fields of endeavours.
- Must demonstrate excellent academic abilities as well as great leadership potential.
- Must be available for the programme during the entire period of the fellowship.
