Key Activities:
You will spend most of your time creating and publishing content (written or visual) across all platforms (emails, socials, in-app, and one select traditional media. You must be current, in touch with the industry and most especially our target audience – businesses and consumers.
Most of the work will fall into the following buckets:
- Product Storytelling.
- Customer Success Stories.
- Storytelling for all Brand Touchpoints.
- Optimizing all channels to achieve growth, reach, maximum profitability, and a unique customer experience.
Qualification
- Functional knowledge requirements: writing, excellent sentence structuring, ability to move from long form writing to short without rigidity and management
- A graduate BSc degree with the compulsory NYSC discharge certificate (or exemption)
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
- Must be quick thinking, an effective communicator and a creative generalist that is ready to put his/her back to work.
