Deloitte-SuaCode Smartphone Programming Course 2024

Applications are now open for the innovative Deloitte-SuaCode Smartphone Programming Course 2024! SuaCode, a pioneering online platform, offers a unique opportunity for Africans with little to no programming experience to learn coding in English and French through its user-friendly Android app. And, as part of the Deloitte-SuaCode Scholars Program, 1,000 talented learners will be selected to receive full scholarships sponsored by Deloitte, enabling them to complete the course and kickstart their coding journey.

Learners will be introduced to basic coding concepts over 4 weeks while spending about 7-10 hours a week reading lesson notes, completing quizzes and assignments, while building a smartphone app — a pong game — in the process. Learners will get to interact with other Africans in the course forum and get answers to questions from Kwame, the Al Teaching Assistant. Learners that complete will be awarded a verifiable and shareable certificate.

Eligibility
