The Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Faculty of Computer and Informatics Engineering, in collaboration with Turkcell, has announced the Turkcell Research and Scholarship Program for 2025.
The aim of this scholarship program is to support graduate studies with living and research stipends in ITU Computer Engineering Graduate Program at MSc and PhD levels.
The ITU Turkcell Scholarship Program offers $19,075 as living stipends and research expenses giving students the full focus on studies with financial support.

Eligibility Criteria for Istanbul Technical University Scholarship
To be considered for the Istanbul Technical University Scholarship, you must:

- Apply for admission and enrolled in ITU Computer Engineering Graduate Program (MSc or PhD).
- Have a Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00/4.00.
- Have no disciplinary actions or criminal record.
- Have no other steady income, scholarships, or employment during the scholarship period.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.00/4.00 each semester.

- Monthly stipend: 55,000 TL (660,000 TL annually).

Required Documents
To apply, candidates must be ready to submit the following documents;
- Application Form
- Transcripts (both undergraduate and graduate). Min undergrad GPA requirement is 3.00.
- A detailed CV.
- A document showing that the candidate is enrolled in the ITU Computer Engineering Graduate Program.
- An approval letter from the academic advisor.
- A research plan (300-500 words). It should include possible academic papers/project outcomes that the applicant plans to do in one year.
