- Be a full-time high school teacher in an accredited school in the United States
- Have taught for at least three years
- Be a writer of fiction, creative nonfiction, or memoir
- Commit to concentrating on their writing during the summer
- Intend to return to full-time teaching in the fall
Requirements for the Jack Hazard Fellowship Program
To apply, applicants must submit:
- A brief biography (250 words)
- A CV with relevant details
