NITDA, in collaboration with Cisco wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified Nigerians who are interested in enrolling into the Cyber Security Training Programme.
The training aims to mark Cyber Security Awareness Month, where participants will be trained on the art of offensive cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities and the importance of protecting our cyber world.
The training will raise awareness about digital security and empower participants on the best global practices for securing personal data from digital forms of crime.
This year’s programme will focus on four domains of cybersecurity as
- Ethical Hacker
- Endpoint Security
- Network Defense and
- Cyber Threat Management.
The overall aim and objective of NITDA-Cisco Cybersecurity Training Program 2023 is to spot light on preventing our cyber space and preventing cybersecurity incidents.

According to NITDA on their Twitter handle, In alignment with the National target of 70% Digital Literacy by 2027 contained in the Strategic Plan document released by the Federal Ministry of Communications, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) is collaborating with Cisco to celebrate Cybersecurity Awareness Month and train Nigerians on the importance of protecting personal data from all forms of cybercrimes.
