About the job
This is a fully remote position focused on providing customer support through various channels in Web3(Channels: Discord, Telegram, email, and chat).
You can work full-time or only a few hours a week, depending on your availability.
Compensation for the Remote Technical Customer Support Persons Needed at Startup Health:

Role Details:
The Web3 Technical Customer Support role is responsible for managing various support needs of customers across various communication channels.
All of the support would be for Web3 products/projects. Web3 is fast-paced and will include many moving parts. Being flexible, dependable and organized is extremely important for this role.
You should have one of the following skills at an intermediary/advanced level, but we can guide you through the learning process if you are interested.
