The Senator Barau I Jibrin Foundation Scholarship is a fully funded opportunity to study postgraduate programs at top Nigerian tertiary institutions.
Through his foundation, Senator Barau Jibrin has announced that 300 students will benefit from his domestic postgraduate scholarship programme this year, according to a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ismail Mudashir.

Eligibility Criteria for Senator Barau I Jibrin Foundation Scholarship
To be considered for the Senator Barau I Jibrin Foundation Scholarship, you must:
- Be aged below 35 years at the time of application.
- Hold a first degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and related disciplines.
- Have a CGPA of 3.5 and above on a 5.0 scale.
- Possess 5 O’Level credits including English and Mathematics.
- Be from one of the three Senatorial Districts of Kano State.

Benefits
- The Barau Jibrin Foundation Scholarship will cover the full costs of your tuition and living expenses at one of the participating Nigerian universities.
- The scholarship duration is a period of 24 months with an expected graduation date of 24 months.
