Job Description
- Perform corporate law-related activities
- Prepare board papers and relevant documentation to the board
- Prepares and Submit quarterly Internal Audit Reports to the board
- Ensure Complete Closure of Agreed deadlines and action points
- Carryout any other Ad-hoc Functions as required by the Board and management
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Second-Class University Degree in Law
- Professional Certifications such as; ICSAN will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in company secretarial responsibilities
- High level of integrity and demonstrable professionalism.
- Knowledge of legal standards within the capital market would be an advantage.
- Attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills in a fast-paced environment combined with sound independent judgment.
- Be fully conversant with Microsoft Office
