The Standard Bank Graduate Programme is open to graduates who have completed their undergraduate degree within the last two years. Graduates who have completed their postgraduate degree within the last two years are also eligible to apply.

Undergraduates
- Be in their final year of study for a university degree or higher, or have graduated in the last two years, and
- Have the permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to
Postgraduates
- A minimum of 65% across all years of study
- A minimum of a postgraduate degree in: Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Business, Mathematics & Informatics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance and Investment Management, Statistics, or Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE)
