Roles 

Your role will be hands-on from day one, allowing you to develop your skills quickly and be an integral member of our team.

Investment Banking graduates perform research and analysis, financial modelling and valuation, and preparation of investment materials and presentations.

By supporting senior bankers in our mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and Industry teams, you’ll learn to develop significant multi-product and sector-specific expertise in cross-border deals including:

• Execution of end-to-end corporate finance transactions (both M&A and financing)
• Developing detailed financial models to value companies and evaluate performance under a variety of scenarios, as well as analysing potential M&A or capital market transactions.
• Preparing presentation materials for clients covering M&A execution, capital market activity, and general corporate finance
• Contributing to the origination and execution of transactions, including due diligence and marketing materials
• Researching and benchmarking companies, industries, and countries
• Coordination of bank-wide deal team members
• Providing daily project management and execution support for live transactions
