Nigerian Woman Wins Mastercard Foundation Scholarship to Study at Cambridge
Blossom Egbude, a 24-year-old Nigerian woman, has won a fully-funded Mastercard Foundation Scholarship to pursue a Master of Philosophy in Public Policy at the University of Cambridge.
Egbude graduated with first-class honors in Law from Afe Babalola University in Nigeria, and was then inducted as a barrister and solicitor of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. After law school, Egbude became deeply involved in the world of public policy.
In a LinkedIn post, Egbude expressed her excitement about the opportunity to study at Cambridge, and her eagerness to further expand her influence and expertise in public policy.
The Mastercard Foundation Scholarship is a prestigious scholarship awarded to academically talented students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The scholarship covers all tuition, living expenses, and travel costs associated with the student’s education.
