Qualification

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be in the final year of post-graduation or have graduated with an advanced degree such as Masters or PhD from a recognized university with less than 3 years of work experience.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have graduated prior to the first day at Shell.
