Empowering African Physicians: Stanford African Scholars in Global Health Program

The Stanford Center for Innovation in Global Health is thrilled to announce the opening of applications for the Stanford African Scholars in Global Health (SASH) program on February 5, 2024.

This unique fellowship offers mid-career, licensed African physicians with faculty appointments at African academic institutions an unparalleled opportunity to enhance health outcomes in their communities.

  • Pfizer grant up to $50,000
  • 12–18 months of mentorship for a clinical improvement project.

Eligibility

  • Mid-career, licensed African physicians with faculty appointments at African academic institutions.
  • Priority for those from low- and middle-income countries.
  • Interested in antimicrobial resistance, oncology, vaccine uptake, or inflammatory diseases.
