Eligibility Criteria
Essential: Degree level educational qualification in one of the following specialities:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Media or Communications
- Bachelors Degree in Journalism
- Bachelors Degree in Strategic Brand Communications
- Diploma in Public Relations
- Diploma in Journalism or Media Studies
- Preferred: Honours
- Must have less than 2 years working experience post studies
- South African citizen by birth/naturalisation or eligible to work in South Africa
- Must be able to demonstrate portfolio of evidence of communications related work.
Purpose of the Position
- To gain professional experience on an 18-month divisional rotation Graduate Development Program, designed to develop future leaders in the media & entertainment industry
- To complete all training modules designed for this program and participate in mentorship, coaching and on the job training
- To work closely with managers and colleagues on projects and initiatives as required
- To develop skills that can be applied to specialist areas such as Media& Communications, Digital Marketing,
- Customer Relations, Brand Management and Marketing.
