The Millennium Leadership Program (MLP), hosted by the esteemed Atlantic Council, stands as a beacon for emerging leaders worldwide, and at its core lies the transformative Millennium Fellowship.

This unique leadership accelerator is now inviting applications for its 2024 cohort, promising a profound journey towards leadership excellence.

Key components of the Fellowship include monthly master classes with senior leaders, individualized executive coaching, and intentional networking opportunities. The program culminates in a Study Tour, offering fellows a firsthand look at global challenges by immersing them in the frontlines of key issues.

Study Tours

Study Tours are a pivotal element of the Millennium Fellowship, providing fellows with an opportunity to travel to the heart of a global challenge. Hosted by the Atlantic Council, over a week and a half, participants deeply engage with local issues, gaining insights into broader contemporary macro-trends. Recent tours have explored post-conflict regions, witnessed the Syrian Refugee crisis, delved into the aftermath of peace deals, and observed the aftermath of political revolutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Individuals aged 25 to 39 as of the application deadline, including students.

How to Apply

The Millennium Fellowship, hosted by the Atlantic Council, is open to next-generation leaders from all countries.

Application Window: January to March.

Time Commitment: Approximately 8-10 hours per month for virtual sessions, plus 10 days of Study Tour travel.

Scholarship Opportunity: Applicants can request a program scholarship, with the process detailed in the application.
