The National Flight Academy is a top-notch institution focused on STEM education. It’s an immersive experience designed for students in grades 7-12, offering a unique adventure.
During the six-day program, participants live aboard AMBITION, a cutting-edge virtual aircraft carrier. They collaborate on humanitarian missions using advanced technology, learn to fly in flight simulators, and engage in mission briefings. Through teamwork, they develop vital skills like leadership and critical thinking.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be female and a resident of an African country.
- Be in grades 7-12 and aged between 11-17 years.
- Have a passion for STEM and an interest in the aviation industry.
- Possess a passport and US visa or have the ability to obtain a US visa by May 2024.
- Be able to cover additional costs not covered by the scholarship, such as travel expenses and incidentals.
