Applications for the 2022 Edinburgh Napier University Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships has commenced for undergraduate and postgraduate African students interested in studying in the UK.

The university offers a number of partial scholarships worth £2,000 (GBP), available for self-funding students domiciled in Africa starting a course at Edinburgh Napier in September 2022 or January 2023.

Edinburgh Napier University is a public university in Edinburgh, Scotland. Napier Technical College, the predecessor of the university, was founded in 1964, taking its name from 16th-century Scottish mathematician and philosopher John Napier. The university is based around its three main Edinburgh campuses: Merchiston, Craiglockhart and Sighthill. It has over 19,500 students, including those on-campus in Scotland and others studying on transnational programmes abroad and online.

Edinburgh Napier University has partial scholarships of £2,000 available for self-funding students domiciled in Africa starting a course at Edinburgh Napier in September 2022 or January 2023.

Scholarship Requirements for 2022 Edinburgh Napier University Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships:

In order to be eligible for this award, you must be:

  • domiciled in Africa at the time of application
  • self-funding your course
  • holding an offer to study a bachelors or masters course in September 2022 or January 2023

If you have discounted tuition fees from a partner university or are in receipt of another scholarship, you are not eligible.

Scholarship Duration and Reward

  • The Scholarship period will commence in September 2022.
  • Partial scholarships of £2,000 are available for self-funding students domiciled in Africa.

How To Apply

You will be automatically considered for the scholarship if you meet the following selection criteria:

  • you meet the eligibility criteria detailed above
  • you have made your £3,500 deposit payment towards your fees.

There is no additional application process for this scholarship.
